The hotel is amazing. We got a clean and comfortable room, to which we returned every evening with smiles on our faces. The staff is super kind and helpful even when sometimes they work alone on long, busy shifts. Angels! I saw in the comments that people complained about cleaning during their stay, and I might have an answer to that. They don't clean your room unless you ask for it. The hotel is very ecologic, and that's why they run things a bit differently that you may get used to while traveling. The bar is awesome! We enjoyed delicious pizza every evening! Even the prices weren't bad as for foreigners in Denmark! I am totally recommending and returning again if I come back to Copenhagen.

Bigger than average hotel, they in the name have “ hostels “ but works as real hotel. Location is good for some destinations in CPH, for other is not good. Staff is ok, young people, very fast and ready to help. I always has 1+ kg of ice for me when ask. Rooms are well equiped with internet 60+ Mb/s. All interior is made from quality and well maintain matherials.

We had a family room with four beds. There was plenty of space and it was warm in the room. Bed linen and towels were provided, as well as a hairdryer and hot water. Only 2 metro stops to the central railway station (10 minutes). The metro is also less than a 5-minute walk away. On the ground floor, there is an opportunity to play table tennis, billiards, and other games. Breakfast is available in the dining hall for an additional fee. You can also rent a baby stroller and bicycles. The staff were friendly.

This A&O hostel is in a good location within 5 minutes walk of metro station that is then a short train trip into the main station (city centre near Tivoli gardens) and only 1 more train to the airport after that. Although not walking distance from too many sights, it is well situated for public transport. Staff were friendly on arrival, spoke excellent English and assisted us as needed. The room was clean and easily accessible. It was also nice and quiet where we were as it is a bit out of the central city, so we found it quite a peaceful place to stay. The family room is a good size for sleeping, and there are plenty of locker storage options under the beds for suitcases. The bathroom was clean and the bodywash/shampoo provided was nice and well stocked. This is the 2nd A&O I have stayed in, and it was heads above the once in Hamburg - we had been a bit worried on arrival not knowing what to expect after our stay in Hamburg, but we were pleasantly surprised at the more modern facilities, cleaner environments and safer location.

Reception staff especially can remember Mike who always had a smile & immediate solution for any problems! Immediate next to k circle for buying small eating stuff. Car parking facility

I loved the breakfast in the morning. I had three hard boiled eggs, unlimited coffee and apple juice from the machine, cereal with milk, and whole apples. There was also a toaster and varied kinds of bread, Nutella, almond butter, marmalade, and cold cuts/cheeses for sandwich making. I even made a sandwich for my lunch. Thank you for helping me save money on my travels!

We stayed with two kids (6&9) in this hostel for 6 nights and it worked for us perfectly since we were there mostly for sleeping. It was quiet inspite of many young people groups, very good service (inkl. cleaning), super bus/subway connection to the city center, supermarkets nearby. And kids were extreme happy with the playing area (table tennis, chess, table football). There was also a communal kitchen there, where there was s fridge, dishes, two stoves and a kettle as well sitting and esting areas (but we barely used that). For the money the hostel costs it was the best choice to (afford to) travel with kids to Copenhagen. And kids were totally fascinated from the city and we will come back for sure

Location only couple of stops from central station. 50 minute walk or two stops on subway. . Bike hire is good. Not extortionate price so keep Good bar. Great size of eating area and places to charge devices. Great locker under bed. Two bathrooms with showers in dorm room which is great . Staff are nice. Its good value for denmark for sure. Highly recommended and family friendly too.
